Step-by-Step Setup Demonstration

'So Chic' cage curtains take only minutes to setup!  No velcro, no clips, no strings to tie and no elastic!

STEP 1 -- Drape the skirt on the cage bottom

The quilted bottom is attached to the skirt and measured to fit perfectly on your cage bottom.  The weight of the double quilted bottom will keep your skirt from sliding off while you prepare the top of the cage.  Your skirt will hang almost to the floor making it a great cover up for storage!   All 'So Chic' cage curtains come with a piece of heavy duty plastic cut to fit the bottom of the cage.  It really protects your cage bottom from cat food, litter and other show messes.  If you choose to use it, just spread it out on top of your quilted bottom now. 

STEP 2 -- Drape the inside piece

The inside piece drapes all the way down the inside and the outside of the cage.  There's a small seam at the top of the inside piece which will sit along the cage bar and keep the inside piece from slipping off.  No clips or fasteners necessary!

STEP 3 -- Drape the top piece

The top piece of the set is wide enough to fit 44", 54", turkey cages and security cages.  Just drape it over the top of the cage and arrange so that an even amount of fabric hangs down on each side of the cage.

STEP 4a  -- Arrange Corner Clips (tailored corners)

Square up the corners of your top and use the corner clips provided to hold them in a nice square.  You don't need to clip the corners to the cage.  Just clip fabric to fabric for a tailored corner.

STEP 4b -- Arrange Corner Clips (scalloped corners)

To make a scalloped effect, you first need to pull the top piece down about 5-6 inches until it almost reaches the doors on the front of the cage.  Then, at the corners, take the excess fabric and gather it up and fasten with the corner clips.  This takes some practice.  The clips probably won't stay if you clip them to the bars of the cage. 

STEP 5 -- Add your feather boa and your kitty and your finished!
